Title: Modeling and simulation technology in the study of shift dynamics of CVT tractor
Abstract: In order to improve the transmission efficiency of tractors with hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT), multi-range technology has been widely used in this kind of transmission, but it also leads to the problem of shift shock. Modeling and simulation is an important method to study the shift dynamics of HMCVT. Firstly, the model of clutch hydraulic control system was built; secondly, the model of HMCVT and tractor were built and verified by experiments; finally, the parameter matching and optimization method of clutch hydraulic control system was introduced. The results show that high calculation accuracy can be obtained by establishing a simulation model to study the shift dynamics of HMCVT tractor, so as to greatly reduce the test cost in the development of HMCVT tractor.

Title: Application of finite element modeling and Simulation in slicing of photovoltaic silicon cell
Abstract: Vigorously developing solar photovoltaic power generation is an important measure to achieve the goal of "double carbon". At present, photovoltaic silicon crystal cells are developing towards large size and ultra-thin, and the as-cut wafer breaking in diamond wire slicing is prominent. The wafer breaking is closely related to the machining stress. At present, it is difficult to analyze the dynamic machining stress by experimental means, and the finite element modeling and simulation technology can be used. This report introduces the application of finite element modeling and simulation technology from the aspects of stress thermal mechanical coupling analysis in silicon brick clamping and sawing.

Title: Hierarchical control of power electronics-enabled dc microgrids
Abstract: With the rapid growth of power electronics technology and ease of integration of renewable energy resources, DC microgrids (MGs) have been widely used not only in data centers but also in more electric transportation systems (e.g., more electric aircrafts). In a multiple power electronic converters based DC MG, power sharing control is of importance since it may affect the power quality, system efficiency and stability. This talk first gives the power sharing control strategies in a multi-source DC MG and then introduces the hierarchical control structure in which primary and secondary control approaches are discussed specifically.
